Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, workforce solutions, recruiting, staffing, executive search, business development, or operational leadership.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and managing key client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit.
• Experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving revenue growth.
