TRC Talent Solutions in Greenville, SC seeks a Talent Solutions Manager to lead revenue growth by selling TRC's full suite of talent solutions to strategic accounts. You will mentor AMs/SDRs, build penetration strategies, and drive multi-million dollar gross margin through C-level engagements.

This leadership role requires a seasoned, consultative salesperson with strong presentation skills, self-motivation, and a BS in a related field.

Formación

• Must have 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience within the staffing industry experience.
• Must live in Greenville, SC.
• Consultative sales experience with strong professional presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• BS in Technical Discipline, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership & Team Development
• Train and mentor AMs/SDRs to consult, sell, and grow strategic accounts
• Build account penetration strategies and turn key accounts into $500K+ in sales
• Coach close ratios, host monthly Lunch & Learns, and attend weekly networking events with reps
• Develop two President's Club winners annually
• Target companies and C-level decision-makers within $500K+ verticals
• Sell full-solution talent packages and execute MSAs
• Partner with VP of Talent Solutions, RPO Solutions Architect, and marketing on account strategy and C-level content
• Maintain long-term client relationships and produce $1.5M in Gross Margin annually
• Maintain CRM/sales tools and support smooth invoicing/expense processes
