Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Tucson, AZ seeks a director to independently manage and lead the Tucson branch, supported by ongoing corporate training. You will develop a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider and cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.

You will hire and onboard staff, staff shifts, and oversee client intakes, satisfaction, and facilities budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice for your territory; set standards, incentivize, motivate and shape team morale.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
