Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® in Orlando, FL is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings (NRO) by overseeing training and developing the team. The role also trains hourly restaurant managers and leaders while deployed and assists in day-to-day operations before and after opening to uphold Cane’s standards and culture.

The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader will lead the NRO when needed, in a fast-paced kitchen environment with opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and cost management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads new restaurant setup and ensures complete, accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Runs shift management meetings and ensures safety standards.
• Performs observations and documents results for corrective action.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all operations areas.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
