Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Client Growth & Strategy for Federal Civilian. Hybrid role focusing on growth strategy, account leadership, and capture across major civilian agencies.

You will drive pipeline development, foster executive-level relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to win complex federal opportunities. A strong track record in federal growth and collaboration with partners is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of relevant professional experience in growth, capture, or account leadership.
• Significant experience supporting the Federal Civilian market through business development, capture, delivery, or consulting.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and opportunity-driven leadership across large, multi-year deals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth strategies across Federal Civilian accounts (e.g., HHS, IRS, NOAA).
• Develop and execute account strategies, pipelines, capture plans, and win themes.
• Lead pursuit teams through the full lifecycle from identification to award.
• Shape opportunities before solicitation with customer relationships and competitive intelligence.
• Manage forecasting, risk assessment, and growth objectives with senior leadership.
• Represent Ad Hoc with customers, industry partners, and at federal events.
