Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Director of Client Growth & Strategy for the HHS sector in the Washington, DC area. This hybrid role focuses on building executive relationships and shaping growth opportunities across federal health programs.

You will lead capture efforts, develop win themes, and coordinate with delivery, contracts, and technology teams to translate mission challenges into scalable solutions. A strong background in federal health markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting HHS or federal health market in BD, capture, or delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and qualified pipeline.
• Understanding of federal acquisition processes from opportunity to award.
• Experience supporting or leading federal pursuits.
• Ability to travel within the DC area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and growth strategies across assigned HHS customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with program, technology, acquisition, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop qualified pipeline and identify new business, recompetes, and growth opportunities.
• Lead capture activities from qualification through proposal and award.
• Develop win themes and teaming strategies; translate challenges into differentiated solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunities, and bookings forecasts.
