Clapper is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the growth strategy and execution across acquisition, activation, retention, and creator/community growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build a repeatable experimentation engine and partner closely with Product and Data to scale growth engines.

This role focuses on organic, product-led growth, lifecycle optimization, referrals, content, SEO, partnerships, and emerging channels, leveraging AI throughout workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving measurable growth across channels.
• Strong experimentation instincts and hypothesis-to-test approach.
• AI-native approach to research, content, automation, and optimization.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing a marketing team.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision making and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs.
• Build a repeatable experimentation engine and scale successful ideas.
• Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
• Partner with Product and Data to uncover growth loops.
• Prototype and ship fast with landing pages, workflows, and dashboards.
