Job summary

Unpack Holdings Limited is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer who treats creators as a high-velocity performance channel to fuel hyper-growth, user acquisition, and revenue. You’ll own end-to-end growth loops, CRO, attribution analyses, and creator incentives, collaborating with product and engineering to embed growth into the platform and scale dozens of campaigns with precision and discipline.

A strong analytics background with GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or CRM tracking is essential to move

Qualifications

• Proven experience running performance marketing or growth campaigns leveraging creators, affiliates, or influencers.
• Strong data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into scalable growth loops.
• Experience designing CRO strategies, CRO tests, and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and scale creator-led marketing campaigns with focus on ROAS, CAC, and retention.
• Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and referral hooks to improve conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and attribution.
• Structure performance-based compensation models and creator incentives.
• Build scalable CRM pipelines and automated workflows for multiple campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed growth loops in the platform.
