Job summary

MarketOnce is hiring a Senior Director of Marketplaces to lead, develop, and strengthen our Amazon and Marketplaces team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a true marketplace expert who builds people.

You will set standards, establish repeatable practices, and grow a talented team from early-career to confident marketplace professionals. You will own the marketplaces division strategy, annual plan, and quarterly priorities, driving retention, quality, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Amazon and marketplace management.
• 5+ years directly leading and developing teams.
• Proven track record growing Amazon accounts and revenue across verticals.
• Experience selling agency services: pitches, proposals, closes.
• Experience managing senior client relationships for $20M–$200M brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Marketplaces team, set standards and processes.
• Own the division's strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Serve as subject matter expert across Amazon Advertising, Seller Central, and Vendor Central.
• Manage client relationships and executive sponsor key accounts.
• Align with cross-functional leaders to deliver integrated client outcomes.
• Oversee revenue, margin, utilization, and team retention.
