Job summary

Waydev is seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale the company’s growth engine. You will shape positioning, drive acquisition, optimize funnels, and drive Waydev AI globally, partnering with the CEO and cross-functional teams.

You’ll run PLG experiments across the Waydev AI funnel, craft campaigns across SEO, paid, social, and content, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to build enterprise growth loops. Strong analytics and storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years experience in growth marketing, product led growth, or full funnel ownership.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in developer tools, analytics, or AI.
• Strong track record running experiments, optimizing funnels, and improving conversion.
• Ability to write and communicate clearly; writing posts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the full growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Own PLG experiments across the Waydev AI funnel, from first touch to paid conversion.
• Design high quality campaigns across SEO, paid, social, content, and developer focused channels.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create strong enterprise growth loops.
• Build analytics foundation for forecasting, attribution, and reporting.
• Work with Product to define growth features, onboarding paths, and in product journeys.
• Lead presence on Product Hunt, YC network, LinkedIn, podcasts, partnerships, and conferences.
• Develop compelling narratives positioning Waydev as the leading Engineering Intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with the CEO to scale revenue toward the next funding milestone.
