Job summary

CodeRabbit is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to build and own the growth engine for its AI code review platform. You will lead the full-funnel strategy from discovery to enterprise adoption, coordinating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to drive scalable growth.

The role requires 10+ years in growth leadership, a track record scaling B2B SaaS, and deep fluency in lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy across PLG and enterprise motions with measurable targets.

• Lead demand generation across paid, organic, lifecycle, partner, and developer channels.
