Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in data center power systems or critical facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and redundancy design.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and strategic initiatives in data center power market with leaders and delivery teams.
• Build internal network across regions to deliver holistic customer solutions.
• Represent WSP at conferences and with client teams as a business leader.
• Foster innovative business development strategies in data center power systems.
• Cultivate long-term client partnerships and coordinate across delivery teams.
• Oversee proposals and market capture efforts to meet customer goals.
