WSP is seeking a Project Manager (Data Centers) to join our team with a focus on large-scale data center infrastructure. The role involves leading cross-functional teams across electrical distribution, design, and construction, in a setting that supports rapid delivery of critical facilities.

The position offers remote work options and exposure to high-impact power delivery projects, including coordination with utilities, regulators, and clients across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in power distribution, T&D, or utility engineering.
• Experience delivering feeder, distribution line, or grid modernization projects.
• Familiarity with NERC, IEEE, NEC and utility regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering power distribution and utility projects.
• Manage multiple projects with budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop scopes, estimates, schedules, and resource plans for utility programs.
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, safety protocols, and QA/QC.
