Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in shaping and capturing government programs.
- Strong understanding of acquisition processes and regulatory compliance (ITAR, MIL-STD).
- Experience with DHS/DHS components and Major Force Program Funding is highly valued.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph a plus).
- Ability to navigate complex requirements and provide strategic guidance to executives.
Responsibilities
- Shape and lead capture of Programs of Record within USG.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Develop innovative strategies to address acquisition challenges and gaps.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards across programs.
