Job summary

Saronic Technologies seeks a Director of Growth to lead shaping and long-term capture opportunities within USG, focusing on agencies outside the Department of War. Qualifications

• Experience leading growth for USG capture efforts.
• Knowledge of DHS, USCG, and acquisition processes.
• Current TS/SCI security eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement a strategic capture plan for a Program of Record.
• Accelerate USG acquisition processes and deliver capability ahead of schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Develop innovative strategies for shaping, developing and capturing programs of record.
• Ensure ITAR, cybersecurity and MIL-STD compliance.
