Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Growth to lead shaping and capture of US government programs in unmanned maritime systems.

You will work with senior leadership to accelerate acquisition, craft compelling proposals, and ensure compliance with ITAR and MIL-STD requirements. The role emphasizes DHS program knowledge, strategic collaboration across functions, and a track record of building and leading teams capable of closing ACAT II–level opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading strategic growth in DHS programs.
Deep understanding of PPBE, acquisition, and rapid procurement processes.
Strong network within DHS, USCG, and maritime security communities.
Ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Current TS/SCI clearance (polygraph or FSO a plus).

Responsibilities

Shape, develop and implement a strategic approach to capture Programs of Record.
Accelerate acquisition processes and deliver capability ahead of expectations.
Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Legal to craft proposals and contracts.
Develop innovative strategies to address DHS and maritime security requirements.
Ensure compliance with ITAR, cybersecurity, and MIL-STD standards.
Advise executive leadership on contracts and proposals strategies.
Maintain current TS/SCI eligibility.
