Saronic Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Growth Manager, Navy to own the Navy growth portfolio, building relationships with OPNAV, systems commands, and PEO offices while shaping opportunities from capture through award for ASV and related maritime programs.

Competenze

• 8+ years of combined Navy or DoW business development, program management, or active naval service with proven capture/execution success.
• Experience with Navy organizations (OPNAV, NAVSEA, PAE, SMWDC, NAVWAR, Fleet/USVRONs) and establishing relationships.
• Deep knowledge of Navy acquisition pathways, PPBE and POM cycles, and DoD regulations.

• Navy Demand Generation: engage key Navy stakeholders to build awareness and pull for ASVs and related programs.
• Pipeline Development: own Navy opportunities from shaping to award and create tailored capability materials.
• Relationship Building: maintain relationships across Navy customers, partners, primes and industry.
• Proposal Development & Negotiation: craft proposals and lead contract negotiations.
• Navy Market Intelligence: monitor budget cycles, force design, and unmanned vessel programs to guide strategy.
