Saronic Technologies is seeking a Director of Growth to lead shaping and capturing USG programs in unmanned maritime systems. You will interact with senior leadership, build strategic capture plans, and drive proposals across cross-functional teams to win critical government contracts.

The role emphasizes deep DHS knowledge, acquisition expertise, and a proven ability to scale teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Demonstrated team leadership in strategic growth with DHS programs, preferably 0–1 track record.
• Deep knowledge of PPBE, acquisition processes, congressional lobbying, reform, and rapid acquisition.
• Excellent understanding of Maritime Domain Awareness and DHS gaps needing modernization.
• Strong network within DHS, USCG, and maritime communities; valued connections for program capture.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale a team; strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (polygraph or full scope a plus but not required).

• Shape, develop and implement a strategic approach to capture a Program of Record, including key hires and team development.
• Accelerate DHS acquisition processes and deliver capability ahead of expectations.
• Partner with Business Development, Program Management, and Legal to craft proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Develop innovative strategies to address unique challenges in shaping and capturing Programs of Record.
• Ensure adherence to ITAR, cybersecurity, and MIL-STD requirements.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership on contracts and proposals strategies.
• Maintain current TS/SCI eligibility.
