Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a seasoned leader to own the UKI & Nordics business operations, strategy, and cross‑functional execution. You will shape regional growth, translate global goals into market plans, and run the operating rhythm with product, marketing, policy, finance, and data partners in a high‑trust market.

Based in London, you will partner with the Country Manager to set growth bets, lead quarterly reviews, and ensure delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial leadership.
• Proven ability to set strategy and drive it through to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with finance & data partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the UKI & Nordics growth strategy end to end: define where to compete and the bets to move guest nights and revenue.
• Build annual and quarterly plans with the Country Manager and align cross-functional teams.
• Set and test targets, translating global goals into market commitments.
• Lead operating cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Policy, Finance, and Data Science to drive delivery.
