Airbnb in the United States seeks a Programs Operations Lead, Growth Levers to own the operating system that turns a growing portfolio of levers into coordinated, on-time execution.

You will bring incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement and CRM onto one roadmap, one source of truth, and one operating rhythm—so product, growth marketing, merchandising, finance, and country operations know what is shipping, who owns it, when, and at what cost.

Competenze

• 12+ years in program management, business operations, or marketing/GTM operations.
• Proven track record establishing a new operating system or central coordination capability from scratch.
• Cross-functional orchestration across product, growth marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations.
• Strong operating discipline—roadmaps, cadence, governance, and crisp written communication.
• Budget-to-execution fluency—translating budgets into roadmaps and resourcing.
• Analytical fluency—performance, efficiency, incrementality, and reporting.
• Thrives in ambiguity with bias to action, ownership, and prioritization.
• Desirable: hands-on experience with growth levers—incentives, promotions, CRM, partnerships.

• Own one cross-lever roadmap consolidating incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement and CRM across regions.
• Build and run the levers operating system—cadence, readiness, and clear RACI across Global Markets, growth, product, and finance.
• Set up the change-intake and sequencing process with prioritization rules and conflict resolution.
• Translate budget into executable plan and track spend across levers and markets.
• Be the connective tissue across fragmented ownership, driving alignment and unblocking decisions.
• Turn playbooks and country plans into shipped campaigns with templates and checklists.
• Make performance legible with consistent tracking, post-mortems, and readouts.
• Own the Global Markets reporting cadence—WBR, leadership reports, and country reviews.
• Run recurring cross-functional roadmap syncs to keep regions aligned.
• Maintain the operating system through peak seasons and leadership absences.
