Accenture Federal Services in Arlington, VA, seeks a Growth Lead Special Activities expert to enable and shape opportunities for Military Intelligence customer sets, driving pipeline and maturation through the full capture lifecycle.

You will coordinate with Delivery, Technology, and Growth teams to craft engagement strategies, create compelling content, edit technical materials, and support RFIs/RFPs to win strategic contracts for federal clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or related field.
• Systems engineering advisory experience.
• Experience managing and directing cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and SMEs.
• Red team operations experience.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary enabler/tracker/shaper for MI special activities and SOF customers.
• Develop pipeline of opportunities and take ownership of tracking, shaping and maturing opportunities.
• Work with Delivery and Technology to establish new applicable contracts and task orders.
• Work with Growth team, Intel leadership and other resources to learn capabilities and match to customer missions.
• Review current growth processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
