You will own growth operations, ensuring rigorous tracking, process reliability, and timely follow-ups, while supporting high-profile events and dinner-series activities to strengthen member relations.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting: Identify, research, and personally reach out to high-net-worth individuals; build and maintain prospect lists; write outreach that feels like an invitation.
• Referral program: Own it day to day; test incentive structures; track what converts; ensure members can refer someone quickly.
• Pipeline conversion: Work inbound pipeline; prioritize prospects; reach out personally; move from application to approval.
• Social monitoring: Watch for signals and engage prospectively in real time.
• Growth operations: Ensure links work, tracking is in place, follow-ups happen; enable senior team relationships.
• Events support: Support Atlas dinner series and member events; handle guest lists, venue coordination, logistics.
