Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new physician partnerships with ASC operators and strategic growth initiatives. You will develop in-market growth plans, recruit physician allies, and coordinate with operations leaders to expand market share.

You will own the full sales cycle, build revenue through physician networks, and analyze profitability while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• MBA considered a plus (preferred).
• Demonstrated track record in direct healthcare sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-market growth strategy and execution.
• Recruit physician partners and develop referrals networks.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and executives.
• Maintain CRM data, activity logs, and dashboards.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
