Circle is seeking a Growth Lead for Discover, a fully remote role open to North American time zones. You will own growth across the Discover marketplace, drive traffic, and optimize GMV through experiments and lifecycle programs.

You will collaborate with product, paid media, data, and design to shape growth strategy and scale impact. You will partner with the GM of Discover and Circle's co-founders to evolve the product, drive creator success, and report performance with actionable insights for

Qualifications

• Own revenue/GMV across multiple channels and show data-driven growth.
• Experience building email and lifecycle marketing programs from scratch.
• Ability to acquire subscribers profitably and grow their value over time.
• Hands-on player-coach with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of marketplaces and network effects.

Responsabilités

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace, driving traffic and GMV.
• Run experiments to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle emails and subscriber acquisition funnels.
• Develop Discover's SEO/AEO strategy and partnerships.
• Support creator success and diagnose underperforming categories.
• Create reporting and guidance for leadership on funnel performance.
