Job summary

Circle Internet Financial is hiring a Growth Lead for Discover, a fully remote role serving candidates in North American time zones. You will own the growth engine, run experiments, and collaborate with product, paid media, data, and partnerships to grow Discover’s usage and GMV.

You’ll build end-to-end lifecycle programs, drive email and SEO initiatives, and help creators succeed while reporting on performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Own a revenue or GMV number across multiple channels and show how you moved the metric.
• Build and own email & lifecycle marketing programs from scratch.
• Acquire subscribers profitably and grow their long-term value.
• Be hands-on: write emails, build pages, communicate with creators, and own reporting.
• Understand marketplaces and network effects driving demand.
• Learn fast, run many experiments, accept results even if they fail.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace, driving traffic and GMV growth.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs for Discover subscribers and buyers.
• Develop SEO/AEO programs to grow Discover’s organic surface and partnerships.
• Help creators succeed by directing traffic and optimizing conversion.
• Build funnel and performance reporting by category, cohort, and creator earnings.
• Collaborate with the GM of Discover and product teams to shape growth strategy.
