Job summary

Circle is seeking a Growth Lead for Discover, a fully remote role open to North American time zones. You will own the growth engine for the Discover marketplace, driving traffic, GMV, and subscriber growth.

Collaborate with product, paid media, data, brand, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships to unlock scalable demand. You will run experiments, build end-to-end lifecycle programs, and shape growth priorities with the GM of Discover and co-founders.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning revenue/GMV across multiple channels with real results.
• Experience with email and lifecycle marketing, building programs from scratch.
• Experience acquiring email subscribers profitably and growing their value over time.
• Hands-on, player-coach; strong marketplace/network effects understanding.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace, driving traffic, GMV and transactions.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs and newsletters.
• Develop and grow an SEO program across product pages and partnerships.
• Drive creator success by delivering buyers and optimizing conversions.
• Create and maintain reporting on funnel performance and leadership recommendations.
• Shape and execute Discover's growth strategy with leadership alignment.
