Job summary

HUD is seeking a Head of Growth to connect with the right people and evangelize our vision. This role blends recruiting, events, and GTM awareness, shaping how HUD attracts top AI talent and partners with the broader AI ecosystem.

You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, collaborate with marketing and events, and help define culture and onboarding. Candidates with startup experience and a passion for frontier AI are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Genuine excitement about frontier models and HUD’s story; explain interest in detail.
• Experience finding and connecting with people in recruiting or GTM contexts.
• Strong soft skills: well-spoken, extroverted, good at reading people.
• Willingness to learn recruiting, marketing and events, GTM, or related functions.
• Startup experience in early-stage tech with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Telling HUD’s story and generating excitement through worldbuilding.
• Finding, connecting, and meeting candidates, AI engineers, researchers, and key AI ecosystem players.
• Define HUD culture and values; screen candidates and design onboarding.
• Own end-to-end recruiting with the Chief of Staff; build recruiting ops and automation.
