Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. in New York City partners with a venture-backed startup to build an outbound sales platform and managed calling service. The role owns how every customer’s outbound is sold: the angles, scripts, coaching, and the repeatable system that scales with AI.

You will sit in on onboarding calls, shape the approach, and then enable ongoing account management while moving the number forward.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cold calling experience and ability to coach others on it.
• Prior coaching or leadership exposure in a sales context.
• Genuine interest in AI and startup environments.
• Comfort working onsite in a fast-changing setting in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Develop three to five cold calling angles for new customers and iterate.
• Coach an international team of representatives on calling fundamentals and scripts.
• Run group coaching formats like morning call reviews.
• Help hire and onboard representatives as the team scales to 100.
• Build AI-supported systems for scalable coaching and quality control.
• Join customer onboarding calls to set outbound approach before handoff.
