Job summary

TalentPluto, Inc. in New York, NY, is seeking the first marketing hire to build the function from zero to one across channels including LinkedIn, paid acquisition, social content, and events. You will partner with the sales team to create top-of-funnel opportunities and report into the founding team.

The role is onsite in SoHo, six days per week, with autonomy to define how the marketing function grows and operates within an AI-focused startup.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of marketing experience with channel-building results.
• Startup marketing background with a clearly successful outcome.
• Experience developing and executing growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Data-driven approach to channel testing and measurement.
• Ability to work autonomously and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build the marketing function from zero to one across multiple channels.
• Own paid acquisition, LinkedIn, social and user-generated content, and event marketing.
• Design and run experiments to identify effective channels and prune the rest.
• Partner with sales to build and qualify top of funnel.
• Establish measurement and reporting to show what works.
• Operate autonomously with direct founder access.
