Responsibilities

• Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition and key KPIs for your business line.
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead cross-functional execution with performance marketing, retail, partnerships, and more.
• Coordinate launches, campaigns, promotions, and new customer acquisition programs.
• Improve systems, automate processes, and leverage AI tools to scale workflows.
