Zohorecruit is seeking a hands-on marketing professional to help generate more qualified B2B leads and build simple, repeatable systems to support growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate across marketing, lead generation, and automation to scale our efforts.

Experienced in marketing and lead generation.
Comfortable across different marketing channels.
Hands-on and able to execute campaigns.
Analytical and understands basic marketing metrics.
Independent and focused on leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
Generate qualified leads through outbound, email, paid ads, funnels, and other channels.
Create and improve marketing campaigns and messaging.
Test different strategies and identify what works best.
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
Use marketing tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency.
Take ownership of growth projects from idea to execution.
Work across multiple brands and marketing channels.
