Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Director of Marketplace Operations & Growth in NYC to spearhead strategy, operations, and growth across multiple brands. Lead revenue, margin, and SKU expansion while guiding cross-functional teams and managing marketplace performance.

You will evaluate opportunities, optimize listings, advertising, and channels, and collaborate with IT and Merchandising to drive scalable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership roles overseeing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) preferred.
• Ability to balance operations with sales and growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial skills using data to guide investments.
• Technical fluency with marketplace integrations and channel tools.
• Track record of establishing KPIs and SLAs and driving accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace strategy, revenue, margin, and growth plans across brands and channels.
• Lead marketplace operations, sales growth, catalog, and technical functions.
• Set KPIs, SLAs, and targets; drive accountability across teams.
• Identify new marketplaces, categories, SKUs, and private-brand opportunities.
• Manage marketplace relationships, listings, advertising, and SKU expansion.
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot integrations, feeds, APIs, and posting issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive root-cause resolution.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Service, IT, and others to support growth.
