Job summary

Zohorecruit in Philadelphia seeks a hands-on General Manager to drive business execution. You will partner with the Board to shape strategy, set ambitious goals, and own the operating P&L to translate plans into results.

You will lead customer acquisition through hands-on digital marketing, optimize CAC and funnel performance, and build the digital landscape and tech infra, including AI tools, while guiding intake and contact-center teams to exceed KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operating or management experience within a consumer-focused digital services environment (such as a C-level executive, COO, VP of Operations, or Senior Product Manager).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Team management experience (10-50 employees) across marketing, intake, and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business execution and strategic vision.
• Own operating P&L and drive high-impact operational results.
• Lead customer acquisition with digital marketing and optimize CAC and funnel performance.
• Oversee digital landscape, tech infra, and AI tool deployment.
