Numeric is seeking its first senior growth hire to build and own the demand generation engine that unlocks scale for its Financial Data Platform. You’ll shape the growth function from the ground up, coordinating with product marketing and content to turn attention into pipeline and customers.

You’ll lead a small team, map campaigns to revenue, and craft an enterprise ABM motion while testing and optimizing paid channels. A rare chance to impact a seed/Series A–level company’s trajectory.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 5+ years in leading growth efforts.
• Owned growth end-to-end and defined priorities, not just executed plans.
• Demonstrates curiosity, collaboration, and proactive ideation.
• Blends analytical rigor with creative storytelling.
• Strong editing and coaching to elevate the team.
• Experience marketing a technical B2B product.
• Thrives in collaborative, high-impact teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a small team of 2–3 direct reports and scale the function.
• Map campaigns and channels to pipeline growth, partnering with BDR motion.
• Build an enterprise ABM motion to penetrate top accounts.
• Own paid channels with agency support and run experiments.
• Partner with product marketing and content to create feedback loops.
• Set a high quality bar for growth, with world-class deliverables.
• Articulate a clear growth POV as AI reshapes the discipline.
