Job summary

Numeric is hiring its first senior growth leader to architect the demand generation engine that will unlock its next scale. You will own end-to-end growth, from strategy to execution, and collaborate with a seasoned content and product marketing team to convert attention into pipeline.

You will map campaigns, build ABM motions, and lead paid experiments while shaping the growth function for an AI-enabled fintech platform. Expect a fast-paced, high-impact environment at a Seed/Series A company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing.
• Owned growth end-to-end and defined priorities.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative.
• Blend of scientist and creative; loves data and ideas.
• Strong editor and coach who raises team quality.
• Marketed a technical B2B product.
• Serious about great work, not self-importance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a player coach to start with 2-3 direct reports.
• Map campaigns and channels to pipeline growth across products.
• Build an enterprise ABM motion to penetrate top target accounts.
• Own paid channels (with agency support) as chief experimenter.
• Partner with product marketing to create feedback loops.
• Set the quality bar for growth with world-class editing and delivery.
• Define growth philosophy as AI reshapes the discipline.
