Job summary

Numeric, based in New York, is hiring the first senior growth leader to establish a demand generation engine and scale the business. You will own end-to-end growth, build an enterprise ABM motion, and coordinate with product marketing and content to drive awareness and pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will start with 2-3 direct reports, expand the growth function, and attack a fundamentally new FDP product market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in growth marketing.
• Able to own growth end-to-end, define priorities and execute.
• Strong editor/coach with focus on quality and delivery.
• Experience marketing a technical B2B product.

Responsibilities

• Act as player coach, start with 2-3 direct reports and grow the team.
• Map campaigns and channels to pipeline growth across products.
• Build an enterprise ABM motion to penetrate top accounts.
• Own paid channels with agency support and experiment.
• Partner with product marketing and content to feedback learnings.
• Set high quality standards and lead by example with deliverables.
• Define growth perspective as AI reshapes the discipline.
