Job summary

CoinsCapture is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Growth to own revenue outcomes for a portfolio of brand partners. You will drive growth, lead expansion into new markets, and build analytics to optimize profitability.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Product to resolve escalations and advance strategic initiatives, while maintaining executive relationships and a strong, proactive leadership profile.

Qualifications

• Experience owning revenue outcomes across a high-volume portfolio of brand accounts.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization across a large account book.
• Executive presence; able to engage with senior brand stakeholders at QBRs.
• Self-directed leader who takes ownership and tests new ideas.
• Fluent with AI tools; prototyping reports/workflows (Claude).
• Nice to have: e-commerce/retail or resale experience; high-growth B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with brand stakeholders across the portfolio (1–2x/month meetings, 2–4 QBRs/year).
• Own growth thesis and expansion strategy for each brand; lead expansion into markets (e.g., EU).
• Develop analytics, forecasting, and P&L to track profitability across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Product on cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to resolve escalated issues affecting storefronts.
