Job summary

REDNOTE is expanding its Global Brand & Community team and seeks a hands-on Community Growth Manager to build and scale a new artist community from 0 to 1. You will recruit and partner with students and clubs, run campus ambassador programs, and drive authentic engagement that fuels user growth.

The role focuses on U.S. college ecosystems, with campus activations and partnerships to attract artists and creative communities to the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience building/growing communities or campus ambassador programs.
• Experience in consumer tech, social platforms, or creator-focused products.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with emerging artists and communities.
• Develop and manage a campus ambassador program.
• Plan events, partnerships, and activations to drive awareness and engagement.
• Test new channels to reach artists and niche communities.
• Track growth metrics and optimize programs for acquisition and retention.
