Job summary

GRAI is building a campus-focused community platform in the US, starting from scratch to partner with universities and high schools. You will lead the development of the student ambassador program, recruit and manage participants, and drive activations on campus to grow our community.

You are a strong communicator with a passion for music trends, ready to travel to campuses and operate with a hands-on, results-driven approach in a remote-friendly startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling student/ambassador programs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and outreach skills.
• Willingness to travel to US campuses and coordinate with admins and student orgs.

Responsibilities

• Build the framework for campus partnerships with universities and schools.
• Identify and map campus groups (Greek life, sports, music orgs, student radio, promoters).
• Recruit, onboard, and incentivize ambassadors; maintain active engagement.
• Seed campuses to reach critical mass before expanding to new ones.
• Coordinate on-ground activations (events, QR drops, quizzes) and iterate learning.
