Job summary

GRAI is seeking a US-based remote-focused role to build and scale a student ambassador program from the ground up. You will identify campus networks, recruit key players, and manage contracts and incentives while coordinating activations and feedback loops to product and marketing.

This is a hands-on, growth-oriented contractor role focused on a few campuses with deep impact. You’ll work directly with a small team at a music-tech company backed by solid investors, with equity as part of the

Qualifications

• Built and scaled student/ambassador programs
• Strong communication for outreach (cold DMs, calls, campus events)
• Operational mindset for contracts, trackers, payouts and follow-ups
• Passion for music trends and campus culture
• Based in the US and willing to travel to campuses

Responsibilities

• Develop the framework for working with students and schools
• Identify campus groups and key contacts within them
• Build and manage the ambassador base end-to-end
• Seed campuses to reach critical mass before expanding
• Execute on-ground activations and events with brand presence
• Establish relationships with student orgs and admins
• Create feedback loops to product and marketing
• Document a repeatable playbook for scaling to more campuses
