Job summary

OpenArt is seeking a Creator Community Lead to own and grow our global creator network. You’ll nurture 1,000+ creators, design programs they love, and turn the community into advocacy, distribution, and revenue for OpenArt.

You’ll build deep relationships, identify top creators, and craft growth initiatives that translate creator activity into new users and monetization. This role is based in the Bay Area and onsite.

Qualifications

• Have experience building or growing creator communities at meaningful scale.
• Be exceptional at building relationships with creators.
• Deeply understand creator culture across platforms.
• Have strong familiarity with Gen AI image and video tools, models, and workflows.
• Understand UGC, social distribution, referrals, affiliates, and creator-led growth.
• Think about community in terms of both relationships and business impact.
• Be highly independent and comfortable building without an existing playbook.
• Love spending time with creators, both online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with our creator community.
• Turn community into a growth engine by driving new users and revenue.
• Develop creator-focused programs and events that add real value.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to incorporate creator feedback.
• Grow OpenArt's local creator network across the Bay Area.
