Henry in New York is seeking a Senior Growth/Marketing Lead to own every demand channel end to end, from paid search and LinkedIn ads to conferences, webinars, email sequences and gifting. The role requires a track record of running multiple channels at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, measuring each channel, and knowing when to cut underperforming ones.

You will demo the platform and translate product value into demand, helping Henry expand its AI-powered deal platform for commercial real estate

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end demand channels including paid search, social ads, events, email sequences, and gifting.
• Demonstrate and demo the platform with strong product knowledge.
• Experience running multiple channels at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to measure channel performance and prune underperformers.

Responsibilities

• Own every demand channel end to end and be accountable for the weekly pipeline.
• Lead hands-on campaign building and optimization.
• Translate product value into compelling demand campaigns for brokers (real estate sector).
