Raylu AI in Midtown Manhattan is hiring a Growth Lead to own growth investments and turn them into measurable pipeline. You'll work with founders and leadership across Growth, Sales, and Product. You’ll own the full funnel: SEO, AEO, paid social, outbound, referrals, events, content, and product-led motions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation or performance marketing at a fast-growing B2B company.
• Track record of owning outcomes (pipeline, meetings, revenue).
• Hands-on SEO and paid social; working view of how AI answer engines are changing search.
• Ability to rank and reallocate spend by ROI; kill or scale based on evidence.
• Comfort testing new channels and standing up entirely new ones.
• Strong funnel metrics understanding with practical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full funnel; connect spend to meetings, pipeline and revenue with sales handoff.
• Grow SEO and AEO; ensure Raylu shows up when investors search or ask AI.
• Run paid social; reach PE and VC deal teams with cost-per-qualified-meeting focus.
• Test new channels; run clean tests to scale or kill fast.
• Set the channel strategy; rank ROI and defend decisions with data.
• Build referral and community loops for warm introductions.
• Shape the narrative with campaigns, case studies and thought leadership.
• Build with AI; create AI workflows for research, personalization and operations.
