Job summary

Harbor is creating a category and seeks a leader to make AI-agent risk legible for executives. You will own Harbor's external narrative, from research to a partner program integrating Harbor into major agent platforms.

You will build the agent-platform partner program, design a demand engine for enterprise sales, and translate underwriting insights into market-ready frameworks and tools. Work closely with the founders on launches and branding.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise writing and fast communication.
• Judgment to choose the right instrument for a given scenario.
• Comfort presenting to Chief Risk Officers without a deck.
• Proven ability to grow zero-to-one with enterprise buyers.
• Experience running experiments and measuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Harbor's narrative and travel it through reports, benchmarks and talks.
• Build and run the agent-platform partner program for insured agents.
• Design and run a demand engine for long, high-trust enterprise sales.
• Turn customer learnings into market-ready frameworks and calculators.
• Collaborate with founders on launches, positioning and branding.
