Job summary

Block is seeking a Growth Manager for Cash App to own activation and habituation, shaping how users reach their first meaningful moment and turn it into a lasting habit. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and experiment backlog, collaborating with Engineering, ML, Design, and Analytics to ship impactful changes.

You will optimize onboarding flows, in-app experiences, incentives, and communications across push, email, SMS, and in-app channels, pushing AI-driven decisioning in growth programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth product/marketing or CRM in a B2C tech environment.
• Own growth goals end-to-end with measurable impact and ownership of what’s built and shipped.
• Shape product experiences and ship with engineers to create impact.
• Strong data instincts; size opportunities and diagnose funnels from first principles.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or confident to ramp quickly.
• Clear, structured, takeaway-first communication and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy, goals, and roadmap for activation and habituation.
• Own the experiment backlog and ship product changes with Eng/ML/Design.
• Test onboarding, in-app prompts, incentives, and messaging across channels.
• Collaborate across Product, Analytics, Martech, Creative, and Brand teams.
• Lead AI-driven decisioning to scale growth efforts across lifecycle programs.
