Job summary

Block seeks a Growth Manager to own activation and habituation for Cash App, driving how users find their first meaningful moment and turn it into a lasting habit. You’ll set strategy, own the roadmap, and ship with Engineering, ML, Design, and Analytics.

You’ll test onboarding flows, in-app prompts, incentives, and communications across push, email, SMS, and in-app, shaping growth with data and AI later in the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth product, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or consumer analytics.
• Own growth goals end-to-end with measurable impact and shipped results.
• Experience shaping product experiences and shipping with engineers.
• Strong data instincts: size opportunities and diagnose funnels from data.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and experiment backlog for activation and habituation.
• Ship onboarding flows, in-app surfaces, prompts, eligibility logic, and incentives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, ML, Design, and Analytics to ship changes.
• Define growth strategies and AI-driven decisioning for scale.
