Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant marketing research or analytics experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with claims data preferred.
Experience launching or supporting launches in Eye Care is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with brand teams to translate business questions into research plans.
Lead custom research projects from design through reporting with oversight of timelines and budgets.
Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Support launch research, segmentation, messaging testing, and launch tracking.
Contribute to forecast assumptions and launch readiness assessments.
Develop and maintain launch performance tracking and dashboards.
Explore AI tools to speed synthesis and reporting while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
