Job summary
AbbVie Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Market Research and Analytics for Eye Care Growth Initiatives.
You will design, execute, and communicate market research and analytics to inform launches and patient care strategies, partnering with Brand, Medical, and external agencies. The role requires 5+ years in marketing research/analytics, pharma familiarity, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required. Master’s Degree in Market Research, Statistics, or Finance a strong plus.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing research and/or analytics experience required.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with pharmaceutical and behavioral data preferred.
- Experience in ophthalmology/eye care and product launches is a plus.
- Analytical reasoning, curiosity, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with brand teams to understand business questions and stay current on Eye Care landscape.
- Identify primary research and analytics opportunities to base decisions on robust insights.
- Lead custom research projects from design to reporting with minimal oversight.
