Job summary

Lead custom research projects, manage suppliers and budgets, and contribute to launch readiness assessments with strong analytic storytelling. A background in pharma data and AI tools is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Master’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, or Finance is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of marketing research/analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand teams to understand business questions and launch dynamics.
• Lead custom research projects from design through reporting with oversight.
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for brand partners.
• Support launch research including segmentation, positioning, and message testing.
• Develop and maintain launch performance tracking and dashboards.
• Apply AI/generative AI tools to speed up research and reporting.
