Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst for the Grocery West / Midwest. The role is remote with preferred proximity to Grand Rapids, MI, and aligns to the Coffee Operating Unit. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with Finance and RGM to optimize trade investments and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of analytics, sales support, or CPG experience.
• Experience in grocery/beverage industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Power BI, and familiarity with IRI/Circana data; Demantra a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze syndicated (IRI/Circana) and internal data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to improve promotional effectiveness and overall sales performance.
• Evaluate total portfolio performance to identify high-impact growth opportunities aligned to KPIs.
• Support customer planning through business reviews and pre/post promotional analysis.
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting dashboards.
• Standardize scorecards and reporting across West / Midwest customers to improve consistency.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
• Track, analyze, and optimize trade spend and promotional investments.
• Partner with Finance and RGM to evaluate ROI and improve investment effectiveness.
